A.) Artist Expectations

a1. The estimated working time for a piece is 6-8 weeks or 2 months.a2. Payment plans are a valid form of payment, you need only inform the artist.a3. Artist specializations are humans, humanoids, illustrations.a4. The artist offers SFW & NSFW work and is kink-inclusive.a5. The artist reserves the right to refuse any commission before any payment for any reason.

B.) Client Expectations

b1. If able, payments should be made in full before the artist begins working. Chat with the artist if you require a payment plan.b2. Once a payment has been made, no edits are allowed on the basic prompt/idea/subject(s) of the commission. Be sure of what you want before payment.

C.) Art Files & Image Use

c1. As the client, you are entitled to a high quality A4 or A3 sized drawing in 300dpi. Transferring this file will be through email.c2. As the client, you are entitled to previews of your commission asked for at any time. These previews will be directly exported to the chat program, so image compression may affect the quality of the preview.c3. As image subjects have a chance of being NSFW, you, as the client, are entitled to asking the artist to refrain from posting the commission on online platforms.c4. Corrections made due to an artist error will be done free of charge, but no major edits.c5. The artist retains all rights to the artwork and documentation of its process, including the right to use any video timelapse to advertise services.c6. The client retains all rights to their respective character(s). Provide the artist with appropriate names or usernames to be credited for ownership of a character(s).c7. The client may create up to four prints for personal use. The client may also resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used for personal use with artist credit.c8. The client may not profit off of the commissioned artwork. This includes the sale of the digital files or rights to the image.c9. If the client plans to sell rights to the character(s) involved in their commission or wishes to resell a purchased adoptable, the artwork CAN be sold at a maximum of its original price.c10. The creation of NFTs using my work is strictly prohibited. You will be blacklisted and barred from all future commission opportunities under those affiliated with REBUBBLD.
